How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of the first attempted delivery. Notification must be sent to [email protected]. If this procedure is not followed, no refund will be issued.

During periods of extreme cold and heat, we reserve the right to wait to release shipments of live feeder insects until the weather conditions improve.

Absolutely no returns will be allowed due to our Quarantine Procedure and Status.


Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
