ALL CONDITIONS MUST BE MET FOR LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE TO BE HONORED. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
1) During period of extreme temperatures, above 85 degrees and below 25 degrees, Five Points Cricket Farm, Inc. (FPCF) reserves the right to release shipments at our discretion. If the customer asks for the shipment to be released, against the advice of FPCF, the live delivery guarantee is immediately null and void. During periods of inclement weather, FPCF, reserves the right to release shipments at our discretion.
A) DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER-MARCH THE LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE APPLIES TO PRIORITY OVERNIGHT DELIVERY AND ONLY WHEN ALL OTHER CONDITIONS OF THE POLICY ARE MET.
B) DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER-MARCH THE LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO SHIPMENTS MADE VIA GROUND, 2ND DAY SERVICE OR STANDARD OVERNIGHT SERVICE.
C) ALL SERVICE CARRIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELAY DELIVERY, AT THEIR DISCRETION, WITHOUT NOTICE. DELAYS OF THIS NATURE GENERALLY OCCUR IF UNEXPECTED STORMS CAUSE AIR AND GROUND TRAFFIC TO MISS SCHEDULED TIMELINES. THE LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE IS VOIDED BY EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES DUE TO ANY SUCH DISCRETIONARY DELAYS.
2) Notification of any and all problems with an order, MUST be reported within 24 hours of first attempted delivery. All notifications received after 24 hours of first attempted delivery, will not be honored and the order will be ineligible for a replacement.
3) The order must be received by a person, on first attempted delivery. If the order is not received on first attempted delivery, the live guarantee is immediately null and void. Please have your order shipped to a location where someone will be available to take the shipment from the delivery person. Any orders that indicate the order, via tracking information, was "left at front door" "left in package box", etc will immediately have the guarantee null and voided.
If you are expecting an order, please check often for the delivery. If you notify us within 2 hours of a problem with the order and the tracking information states the order not was received by an individual and if all other points of the guarantee are met, the live delivery guarantee will be honored.
4) Freight in all situations is not refundable to the customer.
5) All claims, DOA, damaged shipment, etc., must be accompanied by a picture of the DOA item or the damaged boxes. Without a picture, the claim will be considered invalid.
6) LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY AND ALL SHIPMENTS MADE THROUGH USPS.
