The Gryllodes sigillatus or as it is more commonly known the banded cricket is the staple feeder insect. It is a great source of protein for reptiles, amphibians, birds and arachnids. It makes great fish bait at the pre-wing or adult size. For proper care, keep the crickets at room temperature and provide proper food and clean water.
